I’m going to try and cut out snacks completely, and only snack on carrots or something similar. I also am going to drink a lot more water, especially when I’m bored! For breakfast, I ate two eggs and most of a banana. I think it was probably somewhere around 200 calories. Then, I drank an entire bottle of water, which is a lot of water for me to drink! Now, its almost 11 and I’m not really hungry. Good for now..
